Searching Rivers and Floods

Overview

The Searching Rivers and Floods course will improve the skills of agencies responding to water-based searches. The course will develop in-water search operations and search management appropriate to both the flooded urban environment, and river corridor searches. It will provide an insight into the overall search management process.

Prerequisites: Current Rescue 3 Swiftwater and Flood First Responder & Management of Water and Flood Incidents certification
